Tasks and responsibilities:
- Optimization, creation, and modification of content (3D/2D assets, materials, animations, VFX, post-processing, cinematics).
- Discovering and implementing new methods to optimize content and improve productivity.
- Troubleshooting graphical content issues.
- Maintaining technical documentation for the project.
Necessary skills and experience:
- +1 year of experience as a 3D artist.
- Proficiency in organic and hard-surface modeling.
- Strong understanding of topology.
- Ability to sculpt in ZBrush.
- Proficient in both manual and automatic retopology.
- Skill in creating LODs manually and automatically.
- Forming optimized UV layouts.
- Knowledge of PBR texturing principles.
- Experience working with Adobe Substance Painter.
- Texture editing in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with real-time engines (Unity, CryEngine, Unreal).
- Portfolio is a must have!
